| Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining market requirements and packaging the features into product releases. The position involves close interaction with Engineering, Marketing, and key customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Conducts technology assessments for current products. 2.Gathers technology requirements from prospects, evaluators and customers. 3.Conducts periodic competitive analysis. 4.Monitors industry trends, changes and innovations. 5.Writes business requirements. 6.Monitors the implementation of the product projects. 7.Other duties as assigned. This position can be located remote from company headquarters. Approx. 40 - 50% travel may be required, with the remainder of the work completed in your home office. |

| Required Skills:
1.Minimum: bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience as a nurse or therapist specializing in acute care ( inpatient)rehabilitation. 2.Extensive understanding of healthcare clinical, technological, and financial workflow process in all areas of the healthcare continuum. 3.Strong understanding of technical software development environments. 4.The ability to work alone and as a team. 5.Excellent communication and human interaction skills. 6.Strong planning and organizational skills. 7.Highly motivated self-starter that is able to work independently or as a team. Can take charge of a project or situation with out being micro-managed. 8.Possess a sense of urgency with complete follow-through. |

| Education:
Minimum: bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation, as a RN or therapist specializing in acute care rehab, inpatient experience preferred |
