Description:
Seeking a Senior Clinical Consultant with a proven track record of success in working with physicians and practice office staff in solving workflow problems with the use of clinical office automation. The Role of this position is to provide clinical subject matter expertise regarding the use and installation of our clinical software solution, and, support the sales process to nephrology practices. 25% travel. Expertise with Webinar training and sales techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Evaluate clinical office work flow of current and future physician office practice customers.
2.Provide on-site and remote product demonstrations for potential customers.
3.Provide feedback to product development based on customer input.
4.Analyze software application changes and enhancements as needed.
5.Plan, execute, and follow-up on presentation of software demonstrations.
6.Assist with training and implementation as needed.
7.Develop scripts for demonstrations as needed.
8.Participate in Trade Shows or Medical Meetings as needed.
9.Responsible for reinforcing the company culture though values and customer service standards.
10.Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
11.Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
12.Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.

Required Skills:
1.At least 5 years experience in Nephrology / Dialysis Practice.
2.10 year of nursing experience preferred.
3.Experience using clinical systems is required.

4.Prior experience with various health information technologies and applications desirable.
5.Ability to analyze the physician practice workflow, clinical documentation needs, and ability to acquire a basic understanding of computer hardware

Education:
RN or Lab certified, 4 year college degree and experience working with electronic health records in a MD practice setting.
1.At least 5 years experience in Nephrology / Dialysis Practice.
2.10 year of nursing experience preferred.
3Experience using clinical systems is required.
4.Professional experience in a Physician Practice setting highly desirable.
5. Prior experience with various health information technologies and applications desirable.
6. Ability to understand the physician practice workflow, clinical documentation needs, and ability to acquire a basic understanding of computer hardware.
