VP Client Services

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a standard approach to implementation and ongoing client support to maximize success of this technology solution in client hospitals and hospital networks.
Build and manage the client team required to support all aspects of taking our solution to market including organization assessment, implementation planning and execution, and ongoing client service and support to continually evolve the product solution with each client site.
Serve as the primary point for all established client relationships and lead the Client Services team to focus on maximizing overall client success balanced with optimizing the company’s success.
Work with clients to successfully deploy multiple phases of the solution over time as well as to develop a strong base of client references for future clients and prospects.
Lead efforts to measure “success” with all client activities and establish a clear definition of a “Level of Excellence” to ensure that client satisfaction, adoption and any other key success measures are maximized.
Assist with ongoing sales, marketing and business development activities to drive company’s overall success in the market/industry.
Serve as part of the leadership team and play a key role in evolving the strategy and future direction of the company.

Candidate Profile/Experience:
10-15 years of related work experience in healthcare technology, preferably with a solid base of clinical experience.
Played a major role in the successful deployment of technology solutions within various healthcare organizations.
Experience in dealing with all levels of a hospitals/clinic organization.
Experience with a consulting and/or with a clinical technology provider preferred.

Required Skills:
10-15 years of related work experience in healthcare technology, preferably with a solid base of clinical experience.
Played a major role in the successful deployment of technology solutions within various healthcare organizations.
Experience in dealing with all levels of a hospitals/clinic organization.

Education:
Bachelors degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
