| Description:
This is a fulltime position with employee benefits in the Enterprise Solutions Consulting Group. The position of Technical Consultant requires domain expertise in Electronic Medical Records using the Centricity Enterprise/Carecast and/or LastWord products. This will be a remote office location, so can be located anywhere in the continental US. The overall responsibilities for the Technical Consultant include: Performing the daily project activities required to ensure timely, successful project completion in a manner consistent with standard terms and conditions of the contract and consulting methodologies. Research project scope and requirements. Research and present solutions. Documenting and reporting status to the Engagement Manager and/or the account's Consulting Director. Escalating project risks and issues to the Engagement Manager or Consulting Director in a timely manner. Providing feedback to the Engagement Manager or Consulting Director on performance and abilities of peers. Assist with proposal writing, RFP responses and client presentations. Identifying appropriate add on sales opportunities. Participating in the sale process and proposal development. Participant in the Enterprise Consulting Mentorship program under a specified Sr. or Principal Consultant serving as a mentor, for a minimum of 6 months. |

| Required Skills:
minimum of 2 years in-depth experience working with GE Centricity Enterprise or Carecast/Lastword. VERY IMPORTANT:In addition, you MUST have knowledge of database structures and understand the specifics of Release Management and Code Migration. Also this position requires experience with SQL, Conversions, Golden Gate and programming. The willingness to travel, including overnight travel, an estimated 50% of the time. Previous consulting or implementation experience. Excellent listening and inquiry skills. Strong writing skills. Ability to multi-task. Diplomacy |

| Education:
Experience managing and monitoring the Tandem environment a plus. Bachelor's Degree (Graduate Degree preferred) or equivalent experience defined as an additional 2 years experience using or implementing Centricity Enterprise Solutions |
