You can positively impact patient safety, reduce patient wait times and improve financial outcomes when you join this demand management company. This product evaluates and forecasts patient demand to help managers schedule the right nurses and doctors in the right place, creating the right patient outcome. This company has 1200 installs since 2001 with 43% growth in 2006 because it believes in delivering industry leading solutions and in hiring the best people. The Clinical Product Specialist will be the company liaison for new sales. As part of the sales team, your expert product knowledge and clinical expertise will be used to demonstrate and to educate the client on the products features. The client will very likely be a physician or nurse manager responsible for a departments staffing levels. You will give onsite and remote demos, answer product questions, and share your clinical and product expertise while discussing how to maximize the clients goals with the product. You will work closely with the Sales Executive and marketing teams to build cooperative and trusting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have performed management and scheduling duties in a clinical setting. The candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a combination clinical, sales support or sales in a hospital and/or healthcare IT environment. AA Bachelors degree, with an RN, other clinical designation, or computer technology concentration helpful. 60% travel requirement from your home. Clients are located throughout the US. You will be rewarded with a base salary and bonus in the range of $90 - $110K, accompanied by a complete benefits package. |
