| Description:
Role/Position: SAP Business Analyst (PP/MM) Responsibilities/Duties: - Develop, examine and maintain business model, recommend changes when appropriate - Provide functional help and support in SAP modules with concentration on PP an MM - Extent of knowledge must also include the following: IMG configuration as it pertains to the PP/MM processes Master Planning and Product Data Management Warehousing storage locations, shipping points, etc. Basic Data (units of measure, bill of materials, replenishment lead times, lot sizes etc...) Product Costing MRP SOP and supply chain to include forecasting, scheduling, routing Other production areas as it pertains to the PP/MM module of SAP - Determine needs of the users, document and develop options for solutions to issues, problems and reporting needs - Maintain and update SAP Documentation (Data Flow information) - Open, Respond and Research OSS notes - Provide training for users when necessary - Help determine user training needs and proper training source Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree, preferably with a concentration in Business Administration or Management of Information Systems - APICS certification - 3+ years SAP experience with PP, MM - Project Leadership experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organization and planning skills |
