Description:
Position: SAP Materials Management/Plant Maintenance Senior Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Position is responsible for overall MM and PM team leadership of SAP projects, enhancements and on-going functional support.
• Manage SAP Functional project plans from conception to completion for Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Act as a liaison between Global SAP Leader, end users and consultants
• Provide direct hands-on support and analysis required for project execution and functional support
• Deliver Functional SAP projects on time and within budget
• Provide reporting of project team status to both SAP Global ERP leader and business leadership teams
• Individual will be the SAP Functional liaison to the business team for projects with SAP Functional components
• Participate in making recommendations to management for future enhancements that will support business objectives
• Responsible for the collection, analysis and documentation of SAP Functional business processes and requirements
• Recommend SAP Functional solutions to support business objectives
• Maintain effective project plans, following the ASAP Methodology for SAP projects
• Ability to develop and energize multi disciplined work teams and apply new skills/techniques to business needs

Requirements:
• Candidate should have completed 3 full life cycle SAP implementations with direct configuration responsibility in a manufacturing environment
• Candidate should have proven SAP Functional team leadership in at least 2 projects
• Candidate should have a deep understanding of supply chain capability in SAP MM in a manufacturing environment
• Candidate should have configuration and implementation experience with PM module
• Candidate must have strong supply chain and logistics skills in a manufacturing environment
• Candidate should have a strong understanding of the MM and PM integration with other modules of SAP. Experience with MM and PM integration to the PS (Project Systems) module is highly desired.
• Skill in analyzing project issues, identifying alternatives, and overcoming issues
• Effective team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective organizational, management influence skills and ability to function in a collaborative environment
• Skill in oral and written communications
• Ability to work effectively with third parties (internal and external)
• Ability to translate business issues/ requirements and objectives into solutions
• Ability to quickly assess the impact and opportunity for SAP to meet Functional Projects needs across the supply chain
• Ability to work directly with the project team to analyze and document business requirements and develop functional specifications
• Ability to learn new applications and integrate them into business processes.
• Knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management tool

Experience/Education/Required/Sought:
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in SAP with emphasis on release 4.7
• Experience in supporting business objectives in a partnered/outsourced model for manufacturing organizations
• BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline desired
• SAP Certification desired but not required
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain experience
