Description: SAP SD Business Analyst (OTC) Job function is to serve as an expert within the SAP Support team. o Five years of in-depth support of SAP data model in one or more functional areas. o Good business analyst background in an SAP environment including problem-solving, customer focus, familiarity and experience in application development life cycle o Detailed functional experience in one or more of the following process areas: Order Management/Order Processing, Delivery of Product, Invoicing/Billing o Understanding of the relationships among the above process areas. o Knowledge of the integration points between the SD process areas and the other functional areas is a plus. o Ability to consider, develop and deliver a process design for the enterprise as a whole, broader than just the Sales and Delivery process area. o Must respond to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling. o Ensure SAP service levels are met, and project objectives are accomplished o MySAP
